We recommend clients provide their artworks as files supporting AI, PDF or PSD formats since they maintain fidelity on designs at each stage of printing.
Files submitted also need to comply with the minimum resolution standards of 300 DPI, which guarantees the sharpness and crispness of images. Lower resolution images are more likely to be blurry or pixelated after being printed.
All artwork should be created in a CMYK format instead of RGB. CMYK's primary use is in the printing of physical copies, which guarantees that the colors of your packaging will be accurate and vibrant.
For all submissions, we kindly ask that all designs to have a minimum of 0.125 inches (1/8”) bleed on all sides so that the design is properly cut without white space. Important assets like text and logos need to be placed at a distance of 0.125 inches from the boundary so that it is not considered cropped.
